Order Processing
Because Milk & Mushroom releases exclusive collections, we take extra care in preparing your items. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, inspected, and packed. Processing times may extend during high-volume drops or holiday seasons.
Domestic Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Decatur, GA. Once your order has been processed, we utilize standard shipping, which typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery within the United States.
• Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
• Expedited Shipping: To ensure the quality and integrity of every piece in our collection, we currently offer standard shipping only.
Tracking Your Shipment
A shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order "hits the road." Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information once they have received the package.
Address Accuracy
To maintain the security of our drops and ensure timely delivery, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is confirmed. Please verify your shipping details thoroughly at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Milk & Mushroom is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us at MilkMushroom.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and the original packaging so we can assist you.
International Shipping
At this time, Milk & Mushroom ships exclusively within the United States.
