Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our brand. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make it right:

• Reporting Window: You must report any damages within 10 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Since we drop exclusive collections, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed and packed with care. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order hits the road.

Q: Where is my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier receives the package.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Currently, we only offer standard shipping to ensure every piece of the collection is handled and inspected properly before leaving our warehouse.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused products. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
