All Sales Are Final
At Milk & Mushroom, we take pride in the exclusivity of our collections. Because our drops are limited and produced in small batches, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for size or change of heart. Please review our size guides and product descriptions thoroughly before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we personally inspect every piece before it leaves our warehouse in Decatur, GA, we understand that issues can happen during transit.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at Milkmushroom.clothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a resolution, you must:
• Include your order number in the subject line.
• Provide clear photos of the damage or the defect.
• Ensure the item is unworn and has all original tags attached.
Once we evaluate the issue, we will work with you to provide a replacement of the same item (if stock is available) or a store credit to be used on a future drop.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Milk & Mushroom is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a workplace to ensure your gear arrives safely.
